This policy enables you to return jewelry items purchased on this site to us in the coming years; we will repair the item for you. Should the jewelry findings used to handcraft your piece no longer be in stock, just return the jewelry item; and we will gladly grant you a 40% discount on the purchase of any jewelry item in stock.
